PollPe - Survey Rewards App is owned and operated by Abhiman Innovations Private Limited.

PollPe is a consumer research platform that rewards users for completing surveys, tasks, and feedback activities. These Terms of Services ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Participant," "you," or "your") and PollPe ("we," "us," or "our").

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Legal Capacity

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To use PollPe, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (18+ in certain jurisdictions)
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain one (1) active account per person
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3.2 Account Registration and Security

Account Security

You are responsible for:

Prohibited Account Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or fake accounts
• Sharing account credentials with others

4. Rewards System and Coins Usage

Coin Accumulation

• Coins are earned upon successful completion of qualified surveys and tasks
• Coin values vary based on survey length, complexity, and demand
• Bonus coins may be awarded for profile completion, referrals, or special campaigns
• Daily, weekly, or monthly bonus opportunities may be available

Qualification Requirements

• Honest and thoughtful responses to survey questions
• Meeting demographic or behavioral criteria specified by research sponsors
• Completing surveys within allocated time frames
• Maintaining quality standards as determined by our quality control systems

4.2 Redemption Rules and Policies

Minimum Redemption Thresholds

• Cash withdrawals: 1000 coins minimum or approximately $5.00 USD where applicable
• Gift cards: Varies by merchant (as specified in redemption catalogue)
• Other rewards: As specified in redemption catalogue

Redemption Process

• Redemption requests processed within 5–10 business days
• Identity verification may be required for high-value redemptions
• Payment methods include UPI, PayPal, digital gift cards
• International users may have additional processing requirements

Redemption Restrictions

• Coins have no cash value except through official redemption process
• Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the platform
• Fraudulent redemption attempts result in account termination

4.3 Coin Expiration and Forfeiture

• Coins expire 24 months after date of issuance if unused
• Account inactivity for 12 months may trigger coin forfeiture warning

• Report suspected fraudulent activity or Terms violations

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Survey and Task Violations

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Using VPNs or location masking to qualify for region-specific surveys
• Attempting to complete surveys multiple times or circumvent screening
• Copying or sharing survey content with unauthorized parties

Platform Abuse

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or circumvent platform security measures
• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with Services
• Creating or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code

Commercial Misconduct

• Attempting to sell, trade, or transfer account access or rewards
• Commercial solicitation or advertising without express permission
• Impersonating PollPe staff, affiliates, or other users
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities

Legal and Regulatory Violations

• Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engaging in discrimination, hate speech, or harmful content creation
• Participating in activities that compromise platform integrity or reputation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 PollPe Intellectual Property

Our Rights

PollPe and its members own all rights, title, and interest in:

• Platform software, applications, and technology
• Trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand elements
• Survey methodologies, algorithms, and proprietary processes
• Content, text, graphics, images, and multimedia materials
• Data analytics, insights, and aggregated research findings

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for legitimate research participation purposes only.

6.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content (including survey responses, feedback, and profile information), you grant us:

• Worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute such content
• Right to incorporate responses into research findings and reports (anonymized)
• Authority to use demographic information for platform improvement and matching

Content Standards

User-generated content must not:

• Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contain defamatory, obscene, or harmful material
• Include personal information of other individuals without consent
• Infringe upon privacy or proprietary rights

6.3 Third-Party Content

Surveys and research materials are owned by respective research sponsors and clients. Users may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share survey questions or content
• Use proprietary research methodologies outside the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to identify survey sponsors without authorization

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to:

9. Referral Program Terms

9.2 Referral Rewards and Restrictions

• Referred user may receive welcome bonus or first-survey bonus

Prohibited Referral Activities

• Self-referral or referral of household members
• Mass distribution of referral codes via spam or unsolicited communications
• Misleading representations about platform benefits or earning potential
• Creation of fake accounts to generate referral bonuses

10. Platform Modifications and Updates

10.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue Services with reasonable notice

• Update platform features, functionality, or user interface
• Implement new security measures or verification requirements

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Termination Process

• Notice provided when technically feasible (may be immediate for security reasons)
• Right to appeal termination decisions within 30 days
• Forfeiture of unredeemed coins except where prohibited by law
• Permanent ban from creating new accounts

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No assurance of compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• No promise of specific reward catalog availability or pricing

We disclaim responsibility for:

• Survey content provided by research sponsors or clients
• External websites, applications, or services linked from our platform
• Actions or omissions of other platform users

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages not exceeding the value of rewards earned in preceding 12 months
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• No responsibility for lost profits, business interruption, or data loss
• Exclusion of liability for actions of third parties or force majeure events

User Responsibility

Users acknowledge responsibility for:

• Consequences of providing inaccurate or false information
• Tax implications and legal compliance in their jurisdiction
• Security of their account credentials and device access
• Backup of important data and information

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PollPe, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Services in violation of these Terms
• False or misleading information provided by you
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Your breach of representations and warranties made herein

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to:

• Attempt good faith negotiation for 30 days
• Use customer support channels for service-related disputes
• Provide detailed written notice of claims and requested resolution

Formal Dispute Resolution

• Binding arbitration for disputes over ₹50,000 (approximately $600 USD)
• Small claims court jurisdiction for smaller disputes
• Class action waiver — disputes resolved individually
• Arbitration conducted in English under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

16. Severability and Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and PollPe regarding use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
